Mehar Designer Tools provides various browser-based tools and utilities for design, productivity, and content creation purposes, including but not limited to:

Our tools process data locally within your browser environment. We do not store or process user data on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific tools or features.

Our name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mehar Designer Tools. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Attribution and Open Source Licenses

Our website and tools may utilize open-source software and libraries. All open-source software is used in accordance with their respective licenses.

Our tools allow you to create, edit, store (locally on your device), and download content such as recordings, images, and other media ("User Content").

You retain all rights to your User Content. By using our tools, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to enable our tools to process your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate or infringe upon the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity

We claim no ownership rights over your User Content. Since our tools process data locally in your browser, we generally do not have access to your User Content unless specifically required for a particular feature (and with your explicit permission).

Your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Mehar Designer Tools and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the services will meet your requirements

You understand that while we strive to provide high-quality tools, client-side processing is dependent on your device capabilities, browser settings, and internet connection quality.

In no event shall Mehar Designer Tools, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• The loss of or damage to your data or files processed through our tools

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Mehar Designer Tools, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use our services (or, if we choose, to providing you with the services again).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mehar Designer Tools, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of our services, you may simply discontinue using the services.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be effective when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
